Establish a network of independent but coordinated cooperatives based on agribusiness.

1. Apply Islamic Takaful and Charity with a Deen and Dunya focus in a long-term sustainability approach by implementing a Maqasid focused development model.

2. Offer the Maqasid benefits to all selected beneficiaries who accept the Quraan based rules and conditions (basically the ten commandments with some Quraanic modulation) without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or religion.
